By uploading content to the Forged Alliance Forever Servers ("FAF Servers"), you agree to be legally bound by and comply with the following terms, as well as any referenced policies, guidelines or agreements (including without limitation our Privacy Policy, Rules, and Code of Conduct), any documentation relating to your use of the FAF Servers, and any additional requirements applicable to your content uploaded (collectively the "Terms"). These Terms are entered into with the Forged Alliance Forever Association ("Forged Alliance Forever", "FAF", "FAForever", "we", "our" or "us").
<h2>A. General Provisions</h2>        
FAF provides interfaces and tools for you to be able to generate content and make it available to other users and/or to FAF at your sole discretion. "User Generated Content" means any content you make available to other users through your use of multi-user features of FAF, through your use of the FAF Servers, or otherwise.    
When you upload your content to the FAF Servers to make it available to other users and/or to FAF, you grant FAF: the worldwide, royalty free, non-exclusive, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, transcode, translate, broadcast and otherwise communicate, and publicly display and publicly perform your User Generated Content. This license is granted to FAF as the content is uploaded to the FAF Servers for the sole purposes of the operation, distribution, incorporation as part of, and promotion of the FAF services.
If you provide FAF with any feedback or suggestions about the FAF Servers, or any FAF services, FAF is free to use the feedback or suggestions however it chooses, without any obligation to account to you.
<h2>B. Content Uploaded to the FAF Servers</h2>
Content uploaded to the FAF Servers can be viewed by the FAF community, and for some categories of content users may be able to interact with or download the content. In some cases, content may be considered for incorporation by FAF.
You understand and agree that FAF is not obligated to use, distribute, or continue to distribute copies of any content and reserves the right, but not the obligation, to restrict or remove content for any reason.                
The following general rules apply to uploaded content.</p>                     
Notwithstanding the license described in Section A., FAF will only have the right to modify from your content in the following cases: (a) FAF may make modifications necessary to make your Contribution compatible with FAF services and the FAF Servers functionality or user interface, and (b) FAF or a delegate developer may make modifications to content  as it deems necessary to make it compatible with the FAF game modifications.</p>                         
You agree that FAF’s consideration of your content is your full compensation, and you are not entitled to any other rights or compensation in connection with the rights granted to FAF.  
<h2>C. Promotions and Endorsements</h2>
If you use FAF services to promote or endorse a product, service or event in return for any kind of consideration from a third party (including non-monetary rewards such as free games), you must clearly indicate the source of such consideration to your audience.
<h2>D. Representations and Warranties</h2>
You represent and warrant to us that you have sufficient rights in all User Generated Content to grant FAF and other affected parties the licenses described under A. and B. above. This includes, without limitation, any kind of intellectual property rights or other proprietary or personal rights affected by or included in the User Generated Content. In particular, you represent and warrant that the User Generated Content was originally created by you (or, with respect to a User Generated Content to which others contributed besides you, by you and the other contributors, and in such case that you have the right to submit such content on behalf of those other contributors).            
You furthermore represent and warrant that the User Generated Content, your submission of that Content, and your granting of rights in that Content does not violate any applicable contract, law or regulation.
